Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
*To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
*We will not refund items that have become broken or damaged after purchase. Thrifted clothing cannot be deemed as 'faulty'. With some clothing being very delicate given its age. Appropriate care must be taken with these items.
*in the case where a fault has not been shown in the pictures, the customer is entitled to return their item for a further inspection and potential refund
*Discounted, sale and outlet items are non-returnable. We do not accept returns of discounted, sale or outlet products. If these items are returned to us they will not be refunded.
*You must return your item with our return form that can be downloaded on our page and is given to you when you order a pair.
Returns are at the customers own cost.
*We will process your return once it has been received and inspected.
*If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, depending on what you fill on the form you are entitled to a full refund/exchange/store credit
*If your item(s) have clearly been used, returned in a poorer state than they were sent out or returned to us after 7 days from purchase date - we reserve the right to not process the refund.
*Please note there is a 7 day item inspection time frame and your refunded will be processed after that inspection time.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
