If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. *To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. *We will not refund items that have become broken or damaged after purchase. Thrifted clothing cannot be deemed as 'faulty'. With some clothing being very delicate given its age. Appropriate care must be taken with these items. *in the case where a fault has not been shown in the pictures, the customer is entitled to return their item for a further inspection and potential refund *Discounted, sale and outlet items are non-returnable. We do not accept returns of discounted, sale or outlet products. If these items are returned to us they will not be refunded. *You must return your item with our return form that can be downloaded on our page and is given to you when you order a pair.
